Be Strong (Parkour Fitness)

Parkour is a highly demanding discipline and your body must be prepared or your training will not last. This session involves a rigorous body weight conditioning element vital to one's progress in the discipline, mobility training and conditioning through parkour based movements.

This session is geared toward both the dedicated parkour practitioner and general fitness enthusiasts alike.

COST: $20 (Cash/Check/Credit)
LOCATION: Super Playground (Highland Park)
TIME: 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM
