Kenneth RichardsonI can't speak for other participants, but for me it was a little frustrating. There are some very well established truths about people and their problems that never made their way into the discussion. Therefore it was isolated and offset from what really drives people's behavior, which is more rooted in the baggage they've accumulated from the situations in which they got their primary life experience.

MelissaI thought that the group had a really positive dynamic. There was good energy in the room and good feedback. I'm already looking forward to our next meeting!
