Networking, think-tank discussions, speakers/presentations, panels. All - yes. Us tech people are great with our systems, networks, computers, but sometimes have a tough time selling to people in layman's terms. Presentations on dumbing down tech stuff without the other person feeling dumb to increase sales efficacy. Community technology events - sometimes we're too close to technology and we don't notice that the average guy and gal out there, although already owning tech products, simply don't have the knowledge to use them and it frustrates them.
