Dinner and Asian games at Le Viet Restaurant

Time for our next dining out event- yeah! Le Viet Restaurant serves modern Vietnamese cuisine with eye-pleasing plating in a chic dining space. It's our favorite childhood dishes decked out in their Sunday best. Join us for good food and drinks, conversation, and new & old friends. ***Please remember to bring cash to make payment easier. Thanks!***

Games are a huge part of culture. Who we are and where we're from influence the games we play. As this is an Asian group, we should play Asian games. We will be playing Chinese games such as Xiangqi (Chinese Chess), Mahjong and card games such as Big 2 (Chinese Poker). Japanese games include Shogi and Go, Korean games include Hwatu and Yoot Nori. Vietnamese games we have include Tien Len (Vietnamese Poker) and Bau Cua Ca Cop (a dice game). Don't worry- we have people willing to teach members how to play. When you RSVP, please indicate which games you can bring.

I had a lot of fun & got to meet a lot of new people. Le Viet's food was delicious, and I played Chinese Checkers with Katherine, Mick, Amy, & Mike!

Hi folks. Posted this event on the NAAAP page.

It's nice to have the largest Asian non-profit in the US on our side :)
Thinking about inviting the local Vietnamese Student Associations to this too. I run Towson VSA in Baltimore and it would be a good way to establish relations. 2 birds with 1 stone. I rock!

I organize these for my Young Asians group in Washington DC and we always have a monster of a good time. Does Philly know how to have fun? :)))))

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
