Course fee: $40 (includes tea breaks )

Living in a big city is an exciting experience, though sometimes it might leave us feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. In this special day course, we will learn many simple methods that can help us enjoy the hustle and bustle of a major city. Come learn how Buddhist wisdom can change your daily experience of the city so that you always feel light, happy, and playful. Everyone is welcome, Buddhist or not!
