TIME TO CONFIRM
If you still wish to attend, please CONFIRM your RSVP. If you can no longer attend, please change your RSVP to NO. (This includes Waitlisters!) The deadline to cancel is 24 hours before the event. Anyone who cancels later than this, or who I remove because they have not confirmed, will be charged with a late cancellation per ourAttendance Policy. Members who do not confirm by the 24 hours before the Meetup will be bumped in favor of someone on the waitlist who has confirmed.
To confirm, follow these instructions:
On the top, right corner there is a button that says ”Change RSVP". When you click on this, a text box will open that says “Add a comment”. Click in the white box to add a comment and type “Confirming”. Keep your RSVP as "Yes", and then click "RSVP". Done! Now, doesn’t that feel good?
Meetup Website Hint: If you don't like getting all of the annoying emails whenever someone confirms or writes a message, you can turn off the emails. There is a Notification/No Notifications button just below. Any important communication from the organizer will be done by email.
