The last meal at the Kimberton Inn was such a hit, it's time for a repeat. Cocktails at 6:30 pm, outdoor seating on the patio at 7:00 pm. Separate checks, plenty of parking, tables of four. You're receiving this e-mail notification because you RSVP'd for Kimberton Inn on Friday, August 23rd. If you still wish to attend, please CONFIRM your RSVP. If you can no longer attend, please change your RSVP to NO (This includes waitlisters). The deadline to confirm is 24 hours before the event. Members who do not confirm at least 24 hours
before the dinner will be bumped in favor of someone on the waitlist who has confirmed. Last minute cancellations are
discouraged and will incur a Late Cancellation violation per our attendance policy. A Late Cancellation is when you log-in and change your RSVP after the deadline or within 4 hours of
the event start time, regardless of whether you notify the Event
How to CONFIRM your RSVP:
On the top right corner is the green box that says, “Your RSVP: Yes” and below that it says, “Change RSVP”. Click on, “Change RSVP”. A text box will open. Keep the radio button marked “Yes”. In the text box, type “Confirming”. Then click the red box that says, "RSVP".
The other method to confirm your RSVP is to post the word, “Confirming” in the comments box that is located in the middle of each event webpage. That’s all there is to it!
Waitlisters – you should confirm as well. You never know when a spot will open up. A waitlister who has confirmed will get preference over those who have not confirmed.
For Waitlisters to CONFIRM, do the following:
Up in the top, right-hand corner it says, “You’re on the Waitlist”. Just below that it says “Change Your Mind?” Click on that button. Now the box should say, “Leave the Waitlist”
(big box), and just below that it should say, “Or change details” (regular hyperlink). Click on that link. A text box will come up. Type Confirming in the textbox and click, "Change details". You’re done! The whole process should take about 30 seconds and be painless. We like painless here at the Dining Group!
