Battle of The Burger by Philadelphia Magazine

THE BURGER IS BACK!

Philadelphia magazine is hosting the 2nd annual Battle of the Burger presented by Amstel® Light and it’s up to YOU to decide which burgers will make it to the final competition on September 10th!

We have been given a 25% discount of ticket purchases for our group with coupon code PHILLYSUB at http://www.phillymag.com/battleoftheburger/tickets/

The discount applies to either ticket price but is limited to a maximum of 30 tickets total - first come first serve - no cancellations or refunds.

EARLY BIRD PRICING – $40 – (UNTIL JUNE 30TH) less 25% = $30

REGULAR PRICING – $50 – (STARTING JULY 1ST) less 25% = $40

PHASE 1 - VOTING: THE BATTLE BEGINS!

From June 19th to July 31st, Philadelphia magazine will host an online voting competition for over 50 restaurants where YOU (the public) can vote once a day for your favorite burger. So don’t forget to check back here on June 19th to cast your daily vote and to see the burger rankings in real time! It’s going to be an epic food fight!

PHASE 2 - THE EVENT: THINGS HEAT UP!

Once the online voting period ends, Philadelphia magazine will announce the top 20 restaurants to battle it out live at the Battle of the Burger on September 10th. Philadelphia magazine’s Battle of the Burger is a huge cook-off where guests can sample an unlimited amount of all 20 burgers, enjoy refreshing Amstel® Light and vote for their favorite burger. Additional restaurants will also participate in the event by serving side dishes and desserts (we guarantee that no one will go home hungry!). PLUS attendees will be able to enjoy music, games, activities and more! At the end of the evening, votes will be tallied and one restaurant will be crowned the ultimate winner of Philadelphiamagazine’s Battle of the Burger! Be sure to purchase a ticket and watch the Battle begin!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
