Suave Salsa Session Deux - Reboot

Greetings everyone. It's that time of the month again. Due to an impasse with Sabor Latino Restaurant Management & the instructor, I had to cancel the party lined up for 11/15/12. I’ve been diligently reviewing other venues and have decided on the following one for this monthly dance party. Thank you all for your patience. So here is “the skinny” to quote some of my favorite twenty’s slang. We will be now taking advantage of the space at Take The lead Dance Studio on the 3rd Friday of every month for their Latin Friday Socials. It is located at corner of 47th & Pine Street in West Philly.
Cover will be $5.00 provided you arrive between the hours of 9 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. After that it will be $10.00 for general public, $7.00 if you happen to be a student currently at Univ. of Penn or Drexel. You do not have to be an expert to take advantage of this event. The complimentary lesson included with cover is geared towards the basics for people who are trying out salsa dancing for the first time. Plus the floor is a nice wooden one so you will be able to practice your basic turns & steps throughout the evening with no difficulty.
I believe light refreshments will be provided, but feel free to bring your own beverage (wine, beer, cocktail mixes, soda, juice, cognac, brandy, vodka, etc.). You can reach the studio by taking the #42 bus to the corner of 47th and Spruce. Once you get off the bus, cross the street to your right and head straight down the block. Studio will be off to your left. Just keep your ears open for the sounds of sexy bachata, salsa, meringue, and cha-cha beats. Street parking is also free after 9 p.m., if you decide to pass on the lesson and just come for the party. You have my assurances that the neighborhood is safe. I've walked around it at night and have not had any issues regarding my personal safety. We want to make this evening as relaxed & fun for everyone as possible. I hope you all can make it out to help, [whether you’ve been here before or its your first time with us] supporting this fun & relaxed Latin venue. Viva la musica baby! Viva la salsa!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
