Tell us about how, when, and why you first started to learn French.

I started taking French in high school and immediately fell in love with the language and culture. I took classes for eight years, and started to feel like I was approaching fluency during my last few weeks abroad in Paris, and then I came home and wasn't able to practice much. Over a year later now, I would love to learn some new phrases from native speakers, make some friends, and brush up on my conversation skills!

A recent college grad and Philly transplant, I spent a semester in Paris in college and would like to keep my French from getting too rusty!
