Organizations (Concilio), is one of the many cultural events of the
Philadelphia Puerto Rican Festival. This Festival, now in its 46th year,
works to publicize the importance of the Latino culture and the
contribution of the Hispanic community to the Philadelphia region.

Supporting the region's diversity has been a longstanding goal for PECO,
which has sponsored the multicultural festivals at Penn's Landing for the
past twelve years.

Nice live music. It was hard to find PSM people, but some of us were able to meet up.

This was fun. The live bands were really good, and most people were friendly. It was hard finding the group though - I met a handful of people.
