  • Garden State Winegrowers Blues and Wine Festival
May 30 Sun 11:45 AM Location
The Garden State Wine Growers Association's annual Blues & Wine Festival is a great place to have a Meetup because there is room to have a picnic, so that is why we are doing it again! In the past, AGOF (A Group Of Friends) people have put down tarps, brought folding chairs, shared munchies and enjoy the company of old and new friends. Like last year, this event is going to be held at Natirar Park, which is the former 411-acre old estate of the King of Morocco. It includes wooded areas and large open fields and a two-mile picturesque loop trail along the scenic North Branch River. The estate is a verdant setting that showcases many aspects of the areas rich architectural, cultural, historic and archaeological heritage. This park spreads across three Somerset County municipalities, Peapack/Gladstone, Far Hills and Bedminster.

Would people be interested in a bus for this event? At minimum we can work out car pools. Is there somebody interested in spearheading this event? Contact me!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
