Hi Everyone. Last weeks discussion was excellent, thanks Diedra (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) for the great question! I have had such a great time being a part of this group, you all have a special place in my heart. Oh...that sounds cheesy but it's so true!
Okay, now for the important info:
I have officially made Andrew (a.k.a. Blue) an Assistant Organizer. He has been so kind to accept the role as the leader, THANKS BUDDY!!!! I'm going to stay on the website for a little longer so I can help you guys get set up.
--Is there anyone who would like to help Andrew? It would be great if there could be a team of 3 or 4 Assistant Organizers. It would make it easier on everyone! Some of you aren't able to come every week, so if there is more than one organizer...there will be less pressure.
Also, if you'd like to bring cookies/treats to the meetup, please leave a comment when you RSVP. You can call it a "cookie comment"! This will let everyone know that the cookies have been provided. Then again, it's not a terrible thing if 5 of you show up with cookies right? You can just have a buffet!
