Announcing a new impromptu Meetup for the Austin Philosophy Discussion Group (APDG)!

Name: APDG's Lecture Specials

When: November 19,[masked]:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Join us this Wednesday for APDG's first lecture special. We will watch and discuss lecture sixteen of the Questions of Value course. In this lecture Professor Grim focuses on the metaphysical questions surrounding the issue of justice by examining religious and nonreligious reactions to life's horrors.

As with the Breakfast Club, lectures are free and no preparation or even past participation is necessary. The lectures combined with your life experience are sufficient to fully participate in post-lecture discussions. Please join us and share your views, our friendly group will help you fit right in. To RSVP, go to: http://philosophy.meetup.com/31/calendar/9173112/

Future special lectures will be scheduled from time to time and will cover topics drawn from our active members' private collections of DVDs, CDs and/or audiotapes.

A very special thanks to Terry Ellis for coming up with the special lecture concept and for opening his home to us for the first of our impromptu meetings.
