Thanks, Bill - great stuff - the set-up by counting b'wards is new and very plausible to me. Your explainations and the detail layer are well-done and informative. I think this all involved a great deal of writing and thought to organize it so well, so clearly, and so logically. Thanks for the effort - the result is worth it.
