Questions of Value Course - Session Eleven of Twelve

This Saturday we will watch DVD lectures twenty-one and twenty-two of the Questions of Value course. The lectures are free and ample time is allotted after each thirty minute lecture for discussion. Everyone will have an opportunity to ask questions and share their views.

In lecture twenty-one, Professor Grim draws on literary sources to help us answer the question: Would you like to be immortal? And in lecture twenty-two, he tackles the issues surrounding the question: Is ethics fundamentally a matter of following rules or something else?

Please join us for breakfast and share your views, our friendly group will help you fit right in. We meet from 10:15 AM until around 1:00 PM at: La Madeleine French Bakery & Cafe, 3418 North Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78705 [masked]). No prior preparation or even past participation is necessary. Viewing the DVD lectures and your life experience are sufficient to fully participate in post-lecture discussions.
