Philly NetSquared is thrilled to announce an even stronger line-up of local nonprofits as the focus of our Crowdsourcing Change event on Net Tuesday, February 5. 1812 Productions (Philly’s All-Comedy Theatre Company) will be joining Career Wardrobe (providing a range of support services for low-income women entering the workforce) and the Southeast Asian American Digital Archive (documenting the rich history of South Asians in the U.S.) These three diverse and interesting nonprofits will share their websites and social media/networking strategies, and then enjoy the wisdom, insights and perspective of the crowd.
Doors open at 6:00 PM on February 5 at the Friends Center, 1501 Cherry Street, and we’ll also be streaming the event live on the Internet and hosting a Twitter backchannel (hashtag: #phlnet2). RSVP’s (optional, but helpful for planning) and more information about these organizations and the event can be found on the Meetup event page.
Please feel invited to join the crowd. Collectively, we can share and learn a lot from one another.
