Not just funny but very uplifting! & The parable of Huckleberry Finn is forever in my arsenal now!

WOW! This was a great show! As I said afterwards, it was logically presented, intellectually very sound, provocative, inspiring, and, oh yeah, quite FUNNY. Certainly a "sermon" for non-believers. This was First-Rate!

Excellent inaugural show, goddamn! I especially enjoyed the post-show critique session. Was expecting a bigger turnout.

Boulders is a full service restaurant. We could just stick around. However, I'm game if a few others want to wander off for some post-show fun.

Sam Singleton Atheist Evangelist in Cats, Sheep and Goats

About Brother Sam's fifth one-man show, Cats, Sheep, and Goats: The Taxonomy of Atheists, Believers and Preachers: From when they were childhood best friends and worst enemies Brother Sam and his cousin Palmer Singleton have followed widely disparate paths, Sam becoming an atheist evangelist, Palmer remaining faithful to their holy roller upbringing. The cousins' kinship has endured time, distance, hurt, disappointment, anger, and disagreement. When speaking of Palmer, Brother Sam cannot help conveying something of the affection and gratitude he feels for the one member of the Singleton clan who has stuck by him. "What I care about isn't that Palmer believes in God," Brother Sam says, "it's that he believes in me." No matter what Brother Sam says, he is clearly exasperated that anybody so smart and decent can be so misguided. Palmer feels exactly the same way.
