I used to consider myself agnostic, but since becoming more active in this group, am leaning more toward being a full fledged heathen. It's great to meet new people that are non-believers and hearing their stories.
I wanted to meet other people so I wouldn't feel so alone in this big bad world of religion.

It might be to late but Chompie's on the other side of the mall (near Target) is a good place with very good food. And they have a separate room where we all can sit.
Hi, Pam! Saw you at the Sandbar, too; hopefully we'll be able to introduce ourselves at the next Meetup.
Pam, thank you for having us into your home. It was a fun afternoon and I greatly appreciated all the conversation. Such a lively bunch.
Thanks for taking over as Organizer, Pam!
Hi Pam, I 've been a member for some time but a chronic illness (Lyme) gets in the way of attending meetups. I am reluctant to rsvp yes and then not show. Want you to know I am going to start rsvp'ing but depending on how I feel may not always make it. Monastary seems easier since time of day is perfect. I only have a few good hours of energy a day and it comes in the afternoon. SO want to meet this group. and to be around people who don't pray for me or push spirituality for recovery.
Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving. The change to Crackers is fine with me. I'm looking forward to my first meet-up. Tim
haha Thanks, Pam! It's always nice to know I'm not the only one to think so.
Do you mean the solstice party?
