This hike is designed for those recovering from an injury or illness that want to get out for a breath a fresh air. Super easy is the base and modification may be made pending on those attending.
We'll meet near the restrooms at Gateway entrance to Scottsdale's McDowell Sonoran Preserve. . Bring lots of water, durable hiking footwear, snacks, and a camera.

Elevation Gain: 100 feet max

DIRECTIONS: The address is 18333 Thompson Peak Pkwy in Scottsdale and is located on the east side of the street just north of the Bell Rd intersection. The entry street to the trailhead is labeled Carla Way. The Google map link above will get you there.
