Introduction

I am so excited to find this group! Since February I have been doing consulting for entrepreneurs and small businesses, helping them with all things technology, web, mobile, and marketing. I am looking forward to meeting others in this space.

How long have you been in business or when do you intend to start your business?

I have been "in business" for about 10 months, but really focusing on it in the last 2 months.

What industry do you represent?

A little bit of both IT & marketing. My mission is to enable small business owners to confidently employ technology and marketing to maximize their efficiency and focus on serving their customers.

What population of people does your business serve?

Entrepreneurs and micro businesses (typically businesses with 1-5 employees)

What's your biggest marketing challenge?

Packaging of my services. I don't believe in charging an hourly rate and each client has a slightly different set of needs. My biggest challenge thus far is "productizing" my services so that it is easy for potential clients to see how I can help them.
