St. Vincent de Paul's Henry Unger Memorial Dining Room on Jackson has an urgent need for volunteers this Saturday to serve lunch. Please come to the rescue and join the Phoenix Philanthropists for this wonderful opportunity to welcome and serve lunch to those in need. Simply bring your smile, and share your heart, as we serve a delicious and nutritious meal to the homeless and working poor. You will be making a difference for[masked] of our dear neighbors most in need.
This is St. Vincent de Paul's Henry Unger Memorial Dining Room on Jackson, not the family dining room where we often serve.
There is currently construction on Jackson, so please enter through the gate at 13th Avenue & Madison. Directions from 7th Avenue and Washington. Go west on Washington and turn south (left) on 12th Avenue, turn west (right) on Madison, and turn south (left) into the gate at 13th Ave. Use GATE CODE 3121# Then drive all the way south in parking lot, follow the curve east, all the way to the last, blue building, and park.
Please wear comfortable, modest clothing (no bare midriffs/shoulders, tank tops, spaghetti straps, or short shorts) and, for your safety, please wear closed-toed shoes.
Anyone 14 and up may volunteer.

If you have not completed a release form for any of the St. Vincent de Paul dining rooms, please print, complete and bring this St. Vincent de Paul Release Form to the event.
PHOENIX PHILANTHROPISTS RELEASE FORM
If you have not already, please complete the online Phoenix Philanthropists Release Form. A form should also be completed by any adults guests of members; and for each participating child under 18, by their parent or legal guardian.Though the instructions on this form still say to print it, that is not necessary as the form is now fully automated.
Phoenix Philanthropists Attendance Policy: We understand that plans change and emergencies come up. If you RSVP YES but can no longer attend, PLEASE change your RSVP ASAP. Our charity partners rely on us to attend when we say we will and our attendance policy is intended to ensure we can meet our charity partners' expectations. Please give as much prior notice as possible, but at a minimum of 2 hours notice for this event before canceling. No Call/No Shows will be recorded, and after 3 No Call No Shows/month or 6 No Call No Shows/year, you will be removed from the Phoenix Philanthropists Meetup. Please understand this policy is not intended to penalize our philanthropists, but to ensure we maintain good relationships with our charity partners and can give the most back to our community.
