If you will be in town Thanksgiving weekend, join us for a couple of hours to repair bikes for Foster Care Kids. We'll be refurbishing donated bikes at 7405 E. Monte Cristo Ave, Scottsdale. We have several hundred bikes to clean before the parents come by to pick them up. We need folks to power wash, repair and detail these bikes. What a great way to get in the holiday spirit and make a difference for underprivledged kids. Bring friends and family, you'll talk about this for quite a while.

Remember your first bike?

Thank you for all you do!

Regarding Jerry's question on what to bring. We typically have Windex, Armor All, steel wool, lubricant, tires, tubes and grips. Can always use mechanics with tools and rack to hang the bike from. That said, with donated bikes approaching 1,600, we can always use extra supplies. There are various work stations set up. We appreciate all those that have volunteered. It is a great cause!

Here's a Refurbishing Bikes recap from last Saturday (11/17)

    1. The most volunteers EVER! Thank you to everyone who came and helped out this weekend. It was an amazing group of people from many organizations who all worked very hard to help provide a nice holiday for kids in foster care in AZ.

    2. A BIG bike day! Collectively, we finished as many bikes on Saturday as we did in our first year (around 75)! Thank you!

Still lots more work to do! Join us on Saturday (11/24) and work off all that turkey and gravy! We will be in the workshop from 9-1 stay as long as you can.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
