Let's play tennis!

Our group's goal is to help out our members to find other tennis aficionados to play with, and also to offer a friendly and safe environment where we can play and -the most important thing- have fun!

Now during this time of the year, to the envy of the rest of the world, we have the best weather ever in Phoenix. This is an evident true until about mid-late April.
While those who love the scorchin' sun can wear a hat and a sweater, the rest, just need to jump in the tennis court.

Most of the 17, or so, drops of rain per year we have in Phoenix, have already fell, so, the weather will be utterly awesome and tennis-friendly for several months!

Feel free to email me if you want to set up yourself some meetings, or just join your fellow group members on one of our several tennispalooza we have every week!

Oh! and don't expect me, or any of the Assistant Organizers to figure out the email options for you. :)
Other than that, we are cool cats on and off the tennis court, and now that you joined, you are one, as well!

You'll find all kind of nice people in this group. Except un-cool, un-friendly and un-nice people. This is an all inclusive group, meaning, we don't exclude any player!
We have great players, and we have very bad players.
We have ex-pros athletes and rookies grandpas; steady ball poachers and enthusiastic beginners; gals and guys; older and younger; ex-college ex-NCAA hardcores, and computer geeks who dropped the Wii and decided to actually run all over the place in the courts; ladies and gentlemen, and dudes; righties and lefties.

We have had a couple of leagues. One was a hit and the other a bust, but we don't give up.
The ultimate goal is to be able to come to this web page and just choose "where do we want to play tennis this evening?" from a plethora of daily options valley wide. We are getting close, we just keep working on that.
