I turned a small closet into a B&W darkroom when I was 10 and discovered a true love of photography. I've recently slowed my life down enough to re-discover my passion. My current camera of choice is a Canon 20D.
Digital, thank you. At the most basic, I like being able to change ISO instantly. But there are so many other reasons now. I still love the way film looks, but digi works best for me.

Yeah, wish we could go to the Orchid festival but we will be getting on a Norwegian Cruise Lines ship a half hour later at Pier 90 for a week on the water and cruising in the Bahamas.

Hi Michael,
How about helping me share my "Painting with Light"? Four reasons:
1. I am 76 years old.
2. I'm sorta re-introducing my photographic (not for profit) art after 29 years.
3. 40-plus of quite literally the biggest names in the world say it should be seen!
4> It is PURE photography, using SLRs and (gasp!) film!

All good wishes for future successes!

Hi Michael,
Im not sure if I can join your group on Saturday to the Safari zoo, but I think you may be able to get a special price to the zoo as a group. Some people are on a budget these days and you may get more people.... Just a thought. Anyway hope to meet you guys soon for a nice shooting trip.
