It takes 4 to 6 passes to get rid of the dirt in a normal cleaning

Subject: [photo-413] Sensor Cleaning

Hi All,

I tried cleaning my sensor myself for the first time. Ordered the
photosol Eclipse cleaner and swabs kit. After trying 4 swabs, I am
still left with dirt, it just seems to rearrange after every clean and
I haven't been able to completely get rid of it. What could I be doing
wrong? I even used the rocket blower first. I used after each clean
too. Is this expected? The camera hasn't been cleaned for a year since
I bought it. I thought not having it cleaned after 4 swabs is a bit
odd. Appreciate your comments and suggestions.

Ray
