Virtual Photo Challenge: Photo-A-Day Week 2

This is the SECOND Photo-A-Day challenge in a series of 3 x weekly challenges.

If you are new to this, or if you're currently watching or participating in the first weekly challenge currently in progress, then you're welcome to join in this second week of the series.

This 2nd challenge starts promptly at 7am on Monday, Sept 1st.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
INSTRUCTIONS
Special Note: you must sign up before the start date to take part in this challenge.
If you sign up, you commit to take one photo each day, for 7 days beginning at 7am on Sept 1. That's one photo each day during the period between the start and the end dates of this challenge.
You must post a single image for each day of the challenge to the DESIGNATED ALBUM for this week's challenge. You can post the image after the date you took the photo, but if you do, you must state in the Caption the actual date the photo was taken (with your camera). No other photos are allowed. One photo per day only. There are no restrictions on what to shoot, or how you produce your images.
NOTE: any images posted to the Album for this challenge that don't conform to the instructions will be automatically moved to the Members' Monthly Miscellaneous album without notice.
Use of all of your cameras are welcome, such as SLR, phone, toy, and point & shoots. Computer post-processing techniques (crop, colour correction, etc.) are allowed. To make it more challenging, we encourage use of "in-camera" settings and framing and minimal computer post-processing.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

All group members are encouraged to enjoy the photos that are posted by the participants of this challenge and add comments of encouragement and appreciation.

REMEMBER: we will NOT meet in person because this is a VIRTUAL challenge. There will be no judging and no prizes. If you sign up for the challenge, you are making a personal agreement with yourself to take photos and then post your best photos as laid out in the instructions.

Enjoy!!!!

    The submitted images this week were just awesome! Sooooo good! :) ...thanks everyone for whatever level of participation you achieved! It's all good... even thinking about shooting pictures is a small step forward because it helps to "see" differently which is part of the process. Well done!

    I think I missed one day, but took so many on other days, noodling around in my neighbourhood. This challenge keeps you snapping!

    I have enjoyed the wide variety and ongoing excellence of the daily photos. Also like the positive comments among participants. And yes, I'm one of the ones who is finding the experience challenging.

    Surprisingly, I found it harder in week 2. So, just had to sign up for week 3 and prove I can stay on top of things. :)

    great challenge! was pretty easy for me, just hard to choose just 1 photo though! hehe!! so many good pics, and I especially like it when people post details of their pics as I can learn from them.. :) i also don't use any photoshop or anything, so it's good to know when others do.. :)
