Virtual Photo Challenge: SEEK 4

A good way to use the space on top of a fridge: a "shoe cubby" for various rolls, plastic bags, etc.

Yeah, it's not pretty, but it's handy!

Those puny cabinets behind your cubby were never useful, yours is a great idea. Hope you have a step-stool handy! Are those ice cube trays at the very top? Throw them out, nobody uses them any more! If you do, I'll throw mine out too.

No one uses ice cubes any more? (I'm in a rental, and this fridge doesn't make ice! :) Besides, keep your ice trays, they're good for freezing other things, like here: http://www.marthastewart.com/356419/flavored-ice-cube-ideas/@center/276964/60-days-summer

My ice cube trays always seem to end up empty with lots of crumbs in them. Ugh! =D

I checked out your Martha Stewart link... you're right!!! I'm going to get my trays into action again, that cucumber basil cube sounds yummy.

Artur, a slice of cuke in bourbon or Southern Comfort is sooo cool and 'comforting', that's why I'll be checking out the cuke basil cube. But I somehow think a scotch drinker is not going to switch for bourbon. Pat, it's the trays they don't use any more... the fresh storebought and less time consuming cubes are quite necessary for bourbon and scotch.
