Paris at night - Long exposure (tripod needed).

Let’s meet for a photowalk to do some long exposure shots of Paris at night.  I suggest we meet at 17H00 (just before the “blue hour”) at the exit of Champs Elysées Clemenceau metro. The idea is to walk along the river, stopping to do some night shots on the bridges from Alexandre III up to Saint Michel.

We are going to finish the meetup by having dinner somewhere around Odeon/Saint Michel.

Bring your tripods! You are going to need them.

Would have liked to have been there and may have been the better choice after watching the Wallabies be thrashed by the French at Stade de France :(

I would agree that the[masked] sounds like over-kill. Unless you want to shoot the top of the Tour Eiffel from le pony Alexandre III!!

I think, wide-angle lenses would also suit very well for photography of city sceneries ...
