Photo Scavenger Hunt w/Image Review

Change. The strongest element is the color contrasts. The most distracting element is the strange square in the corner of the doorframe. I'll edit it out.

I am not sure what to make of this photo. But as I look at it further, I am intrigued by the way the doors seem to lean in their frames, as if they are ready to walk out of the frame of the photograph. That lends a somewhat disconcerting level of dynamism to this photo.

Strength- Color story- lots of opposing Blues/Oranges+Red/Green (which is all the colors represented here in the mixed hues) here. Complimentary colors. Distracting: The lean. Maybe a landscape-oriented framing would have been better- allowed for more solidity of the straighter elements, and allowing the lean to take on more personality. I ran into a lot of trouble with the Old Town brick- nothing is straight!! lol

Strength: The colors and the off angles on the door read Old Town. Distracting the off angles at first I wanted to see the vertical lines parallel to the vertical sides, but then I realized you lined the bricks up with the horizontal edges.

Also, I might like to see what is holding the light in place.

Good colors, I just wanted to see a little more vertical space above the the light for context. Doors are always interesting to me and I think I search the edge of the frame to see what is going to happen next.
