Using your Speedlight

What settings are you going to use?  Why use manual?  Why get it off the camera?  What's a typical mobile setup for a portable studio?  These are some of the questions that we will answer.  We will even delve deeper and get into lighting modifiers, remotes, gels, stands. We'll learn how to add color to your backgrounds and lighting typical shadows in your shots.

Everyone that has taken my workshops has seen my arsenal of inexpensive speedlights.  They've also seen the results.  I will go into what to buy, if you don't own one, and where to get it at the best price.  We will go through what are the best triggers for the buck and which matches your camera perfectly.

If you've ever been baffled by your speedlight, or want to get more from it, this is the workshop for you.

Meetup has allowed me to meet people I wouldn't have met naturally - they're totally different than me.
