There are a few folks interested in attending the RMSP offering in Morrisville next month.  Please read the posting below for payment and attendance options.  I thought it would be a great idea to post it as a meetup.  Please email me or comment if you would like me to change this thing up at all.  I am not going to be at this event nor am I in any way affiliated with it, so if you are interested, keep an eye on the discussion board.

Talk amongst yourselves....  :-)

Hey Folks. For those who attended the "Light" and the "Composition" sessions, I wanted to share a series I had been reading prior to the RMSP sessions: Learning to See. So far, the writer has a 4-part series that's a good read (I think). Here's the link: http://digital-photography-school.com/for-beginners-learning-to-see

H! Again! I took the Photo Basics I, Photo Basics II, Understanding Light, Composition, and Photographing People sessions. I would be happy to do a notes exchange with anyone who took the other sessions! I have all my notes in Google docs (which I typed in the session). Please let me know if we might be able to exchange notes. :-)

I took the same as you except I did intro to macro, shooting & processing HDR & panoramic. I don't mind giving you notes for those classes. Would you mind if I could get copies of yours as well, even the classes we took that are the same, in case I missed something? Thank you! [masked]

Is there still time to sign up for this?

    January 18, 2013

    • Jim N.

Hi Lee ~ this is really not a meetup sponsored by this group. There were some photographers from this group attending it and asked if I could create a meetup in order to have somecohesion around this independent event. My guess is that if you look up the Rocky Mountain School that there will be a place to sign up online. I hope this helps.

Is there any classes on speedlights?

    December 13, 2012

    • Jim N.

Hi Lee ~ I didn't notice this workshop doing speedlights. I have a meetup that will cover a one light setup in January if you are interested. I'll most likely be using my speed lights and possibly a modeling light also. http://www.meetup.com...

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
