I posted a chart of CS short cuts in the Files section of this site. There no doubt have been more short cuts created for new features on CS2 and CS3, but the 600 or so listed here should cover 99% of what you do.

Keyboard short cuts will save Photoshop users a lot of time in the long run... It's a good idea to find, and become familiar with, any that you would regularly fit into your personal work flow. The more you use them... the more second nature they become.

Some other short cuts don't even require using the keyboard... for example; double clicking on the Zoom tool in the tool box will take your image to 100% (or, "Actual Pixels")..., and double clicking on the Hand tool will make your image "fit to screen".

Maybe some other members have a favorite they would like to share here or at a meeting...?
