YOu should check this guy out he is amazing doesn't have alll your requirements but you need to meet him and see his work he's be ideal - he's worked for everyone from getty to sacks - and has the eperience i think you are looking for - great in stressful situations -good creative director

These are high concept designs and very strong technology. The CD needs
to be a real deal - have won FWA, How, etc awards or his team should
have.

They have a CD right now who is spread too thin- managing, directing,
and often doing 2-3 design directions a week himself. He works often an
80 hour week. He is most interested in keeping on with the physical
designing part of the job and wants to lay off the managing/directing a
bit. So they are looking to bring someone in who can compliment that -
doing mostly direction and a little design.

This is an opportunity to truly make a difference from a managerial,
creative and client relationship aspect, plus make major contributions
to the organization as a whole, given you will be working directly with
the President, EVP, and SVP. This is a management position and client is
looking for a person with drive, passion and a successful track record
of leading and creating award-worthy online campaigns (websites, ad
campaigns, viral marketing) to join our growing New York City office.

Key Duties:
* Assist in overseeing all creative work produced by client with the ECD

* Work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize resources  
* Mentor/lead/inspire creative staff and review their work to maintain
consistent creative quality
* Provide career paths and career development for creative staff on an
on-going basis
* Provide clear, concise direction to internal teams and outside vendors

* Work directly with producers on resource management and take
initiative to finding appropriate resources (new hires and freelances)
at all times
* Work directly with account teams and producers on all projects
* Communicate with designers and developers to set and reach company
goals
* Participate in many new business development efforts
* Manage the role of overseeing creative concepts and executions on
multiple projects with actually concepting and designing for projects on
your own

Qualifications & Experience:
* Five to seven years of professional experience, with at least three
years as a senior level creative in interactive/web/multimedia
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Fine Arts or Graphic Design. Relevant
experience and training may be substituted
* Outstanding portfolio of integrated lifestyle marketing and/or product
launch campaigns for a major consumer brands, including online
advertising, rich media, branded entertainment, viral marketing, product
(micro)sites, and brand sites.
* Ability to combine both creative and business goals and combine them
with the latest advancements in various forms of technology (flash,
mobile, etc.) to come up with unique solutions for our clients
* Experience working with and selling to clients on an executive level
* Exceptional people management skills with the ability to direct
creative teams including designers, flash developers, writers and
interns
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Multi-tasking, problem solver who works effectively under pressure  
* A serious eye for detail, typography and color
