I'm sure. I assume you're already posting on freelancer sites, Craigslist, places like that? The problem, as always, is that the most qualified people are probably already working, but you have the best chance of finding people who are available by posting on the sites they use to find work.

The company I work for (SugarCRM) is still hiring remote developers (PHP, web or Ruby), marketing managers, support engineers and more. Its a great company to work for and is growing fast even in this economy.
