Hello everyone in Bay Area Physics/Astronomy Society!

I apologize for being inactive since I stepped in as organizer. It was sort of an impulsive decision: I'm not very good at organizing social events... but I am very passionate about Physics & Astronomy!

I think that the group is large enough that it makes sense to have lots of small meetups at locations around the Bay Area.

Karen, Susan, and Sybarite have interesting suggestions. I've made all of them "Assistant Organizers" so that they can schedule their ideas on the calendar directly.

If anyone else has any ideas about places to meet or things to see, do let us know:
