We're just average folks dreaming of potentials in physical science and technology -- in the best tradition of Jules Verne and H. G. Wells.   We like to discuss topics that range from the cause of gravity to the mystery of magnetism.

We wish to create a fellowship of physics/science enthusiasts to meet, have great discussions, experiment, discover, and learn.   We think that there is much untapped genius here in Austin.   You don't have to be an official physicist or scientist to join us.

Meetings are usually held in a meeting room of a branch of the Austin Public Library.

Monthly meetings are currently scheduled for Thursday evenings at 7:00 p.m. on 26Mar2015, 23Apr2015, 28May2015, 25Jun2015, 23Jul2015, 27Aug2015, 24Sep2015, 8Oct2015, 19Nov2015, 17Dec2015 in the 40-seat meeting room of the Howson branch of the Austin Public Library located at 2500 Exposition Blvd, Austin, Texas 78703.  (See http://library.austintexas.gov/rooms-calend....)
