I thought the content and the speaker were fantastic. I am excited about learning more from this group. I wish we could have gotten to know each other. There wasn't any mingling time. The chairs were set up more in a lecture format and it made for a lack of connection with each other.

Wow, that was truly a great presentation. Tom Lombardo was more than excellent at presenting the topics of consciousness and how it relates to the physical universe. I am very glad to have attended this event :)

Excellent! I might have been more wide awake, if I had not just started a new job Mon. (Sept. 19) and then stayed up late working Mon. night ... and gotten up early. But I had a great time, and then (to top it off!) on the (long!) drive home I had my AM radio on (see http://www.coasttocoastam.com/ ) and George Noory had someone on (it turns out it was writer/producer Deborah Pratt -- I think) (iirc) discussing [what else?] "consciousness"!

Elaine? Yeah, someone does need to unlock the door -- although I guess that task "could" be delegated, to someone -- if someone she trusts is willing to do it. But as far as Tom (the main speaker!), ...umm, if he does not RSVP with a "YES" pretty soon, then I will have to re-consider my decision whether to attend. :-)

Hmmm, I kind of would like to see Tom and Elaine attending this one, haha :>
