PILATES CLASS CHANGE!! AND Hydrate well in this heat!!!

Hi everyone!

Hope all of you are having a wonderful day! It's starting to get a little warm out there so if you're involved in some outdoor activities be sure to stay well hydrated. Drink 20oz of water an hour before your activity and at least 4oz every 15 minutes during exercise. When you're finished be sure to get at least 20oz of water shortly after you're done. Rule of thumb: drink 20oz of fluid for every pound lost through sweat!

We hope to see you guys here this weekend for some great workouts!

BTW, for THIS WEEK ONLY we will be holding the Pilates Class at 8:45am...our regular time after this week will be at 9:00am.
