Zumba is an incredibly fun, up-tempo aerobics class that uses latin-based dance movements to the flavor of heart-pounding international beats to raise your heart rate and make you sweat off the calories. This class is a blast!! If you like to shake your hips and work your butt off then this is the way to go!
Pilates is a low-impact class that is designed to target the body's core (abs & low-back) region. Asiria will put you threw her challenging routine and will assist you to be sure that all of the moves are performed properly. If you feel that your tummy needs some work then this is a great class to be in!!!

I'm sure you'll find, as I did, that Annette is a wonderful instructor with a soothing, yet deliberate delivery of coordinated movements and breathing techniques that takes you through a relaxing journey away from reality. What a great way to finish off a long work day!
