Commit to Be Fit Boot Camp

Thanks for your interest in our program- You came to the right place! Currently we offer complete Boot Camp classes in which we cover everything you need to know in order to get the best results possible from your fitness program. These classes are offered in 2, 3 or 4 times per week packages and include initial fitness assessments, nutrition seminars and a final assessment. We spend allot of time working with our boot campers on both nutrition AND exercise components to ensure that you get serious results. Our workouts are allot of fun but also a great challenge! We pull tires in the sand and have various circuits to keep your heart pumping. We also include a weight training circuit to work on toning.
