The PCC is a group that comes together to help us, as creative business people, help ourselves and each other. We have guest speakers, learning programs, and networking. The PCC events are designed to "bring together people building businesses" in a creative, casual atmosphere that facilitates intelligent conversation and business connections. Pink Cow Connections #61: Networking 101

Featuring Speakers Andrew Shuttleworth, Jason Ball, and Anthony Blick
For the April installment of PCC we welcome in the new fiscal year as well as new organizers or PCC. After 5 successful years of organizing and managing the PCC Andrew Shuttleworth will be handing over the reins to a team of new organizers lead by Anthony Blick.

To kick off the new PCC we will be focusing on one of the core purposes of PCC: Networking. We're not letting Andrew go so quickly. Andrew, and uber-connector, is well known as one of the best networkers in Japan and a technology expert. Andrew will be giving a short presentation about online networking and leveraging technology to help with connecting effectively. Jason, another expert on networking and connecting, will talk briefly about the concept of "micro networking" as well as the activities of the group Good People Japan that he has recently created. Inaddition, the new lead organizer of PCC, Anthony, will give some general pointers and helpful hints for successful networking.

After these three short presentations, we'll open the floor for comments and ideas from the audience, so we look forward to hearing success stories and advice from everyone. Also, please feel free to forward any ideas or questions about networking you may have before the event.
