My goal is to work closely with all women regardless of their limitations and help them become more physically fit and feel and look great!
Participants will have a chance to work one on one with me or train in any one of my several group classes. We will discuss goals, nutrition, and daily routines to keep you up, moving and having fun while you get healthy. Weekly weigh in's are important to track progress and monthly measurements show overall improvement.
I believe there is a strong sisterhood between all women and we work well to cheer each other on and succeed.

Research has shown yoga to improve: concentration and creativity, muscle tone and flexibility, strength and stamina. It reduces stress and tension and boosts self-esteem.
I offer several yoga classes each week, and would be willing to add more. Some of the classes are:
Gentle./.restorative yoga, for individuals wanting to start slowly, wonderful class for those with arthritis or other injuries. This is a nurturing class!
Kids yoga,(Storytime Yoga) This class is a great opportunity to teach our children early, the tools they will need to help relax and calm their busy minds. Through a series of stretches and postures they will learn patience and develop a lasting taste for fitness.
All Levels Yoga,This class is for those individuals who have taken yoga before and are familiar with postures and terminology. This class will continue to challenge you and teach progression of poses and duration holding poses.
Couples Yoga, a wonderful way to reconnect after a stressful year, couples move in and out of yoga postures entwining their bodies to move as one. This is a beautiful class suitable for all levels.
Yoga teaches us how to love and honor ourselves, how to use our breath to relax and to see our true light and what each of us can offer to this world.
Individual Training is also available, every person is unique and has different needs, this is a way to address those needs without having to join a gym and pay crazy membership fees, just to wander around not knowing how to achieve your goals.
Most important is the human quality, no one is made to feel unwelcome, each person is important and will be treated as such.
Monthly meetings will be held to discuss nutrition, goals, fitness, and overall wellness.
