Film: Searching for the Fourth Nail

March 1, 2013 - 7:00pm
Frick Fine Arts Auditorium
Free

The Department of Music and Center for Russian and Eastern European Studies present Searching for the Fourth Nail. American-Romani filmmaker George Eli turns his camera both outward and inward, asking not just what it means to be an American Gypsy, but Roma in general. The evening includes Romani music performed by the Carpathian Music Ensemble, a conversation with filmmaker George Eli, and refreshments. This program is part of the Eastern European Music Festival.
