We will meet up, introduce ourselves and dive right into our meditation. I will provide brief instruction at the beginning in mindfulness meditation - beginners are welcome!
For more experienced meditators, you are welcome to practice whatever style of (silent) meditation you like. The format will be: we will sit for roughly 20 minutes, then slowly walk for roughly 15 minutes, and then sit again.
*Please try to be on time.* The library closes at 7:50, so we need to be mindful of the time. (If you're going to be late, please come in quietly and join us in meditation.)
All are welcome.
Optionally, if there is interest, we may then adjourn to a nearby coffeeshop to get to know each other better.
