I've been vegan for 10 years.

My husband and I are both vegan, my elderly parents (91 and 83) live with us and eat what I cook (vegan) but they also eat dairy and meat when we eat out (about once or twice a week).
I left a senior-level position at a Carnegie Mellon University in 2010 to start a small business teaching and coaching others on healthy plant-based cuisine and natural gardening. It's called Garden Dish http://www.gardendish.com
I'm hoping to meet like-minded people who love the vegan life.
I am a low-fat, whole, plant-based eater who also loves growing our food. My philosophy of food is that it should nourish the body, be joyful to taste and share with loved ones, and grown in harmony with nature.
