Introduction

My name is Jessica and I've been vegan since January 10th, 2008. My husband has been vegan for five years and we have three beautiful little ones running around. I love to cook and we're looking for some like minded people/families to meet up with.

Are you vegan, vegetarian or just curious?

Vegan since Jan. 10th 2008.

What is your favorite local vegan-friendly restaurant?

The Quiet Storm is ok. The Co-op is pretty good too. I LOVE their smoothies.

Are you the only vegan or vegetarian in your family?

Besides my husband and our children we come from meat and potato eating parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins.....

Anything else you would like to share about yourself?

I work in the health field and every day I'm disgruntled w/the dietary challanges I face. My hubby and I live about about 35 miles north of Pittsburgh & find it so hard to find anyone that understands veganisim and doesn't try to posion our children.
