I'm definitely vegetarian, nearly vegan (cheese does find it's way into an occasional dish), but most definitely I'm a curious nutritarian.
I enjoy my kitchen the most, but I do occasionally enjoy a few small eateries/market cafes in the area.
Willing vegetarian/vegan, yes. With the current exception of my four legged friend (I'm working on her) others have no choice since I'm the cook of the house. (All love it when things "taste like meat"!)
Reading books on health and foods and discussing the subjects with equally interested individuals is of interest to me. I'd like to learn more about the various doctors and nutritionists who currently research and write on food and superior health through diet and exercise.
