What is your favorite local vegan-friendly restaurant?

Definitely Mad Mex. It was a real shocker to have a carni / veg friendly restaurant in Pgh existence.

Are you the only vegan or vegetarian in your family?

I was the only vegan in my family until January '08, and now my wife is vegan as well. You'd have to ask our kids for yourself to get their eating habits, but when they're with us they're all veg.

Anything else you would like to share about yourself?

Eventually, I would like to pursue some degree in the holistic health field.
