Integral to my mission is plant-based lifestyle education -- I greatly enjoy cooking for and coaching would be vegans.
community-building and influencing Pgh retailers-restaurants to expand their vegan food service.
I'm always happy to meet new-comers and visit with like-minded members I've met at earlier events. Our activities have slowed down lately, and I look forward to more creative meet-ups during the Fall season. I always come away with ideas for new recipes and recommended restaurants --which I appreciate. Thank you one and all!
Good Morning Suzen,
Welcome to the Holistic Women's Group. This is an exciting group of women and we are just getting started with hopes for various learnings and experiences. I hope to see you at a future event and i look forward to meeting you. I personally have been practicing QiGong for over 15 years and as you well know there are many varieties, and it really has brought peace into my life. If you have any ideas for any up and coming event, please email me or post on discussion board.Kelly
